Adopted in 2010, Savannah was our very first cat.

Savannah, you were a Daddy’s girl.
My study partner through grad school.
A lover of seafood and porches.
A pretty kitty and a good girl.

You are already missed, Savannah.

Savannah is our green eyed princess cat.
She turned up skinny and hungry in my parents’ bushes sometime in 2011, and promptly climbed into the first lap she could find (“Hi, Aunt Carol Anne!”). After a few days of initial fattening, she happily went to live with Scott in rural south Georgia, while Mama worked hard at nursing school 4 hours away. This explains her Daddy’s Girl ‘tude.
Savannah likes napping in the sun, cussin’ at birds outside her window, fluffy cat beds, and snuggles. She does not like dogs, strangers, or people-food thank you very much.

Felicity is our second and youngest rescue cat. She likes chin scratches, toys on strings, annoying Savannah, knocking things over, and watching birds. She does not like belly rubs, buttons on her humans’ clothing (these must be ripped off asap), or getting wet.
